- Anyone wanting to start selling online — shopkeepers moving their business onto the internet, women working from home, students building a side income, and people who want the skill to run a shop for an employer.
- What you need first
- Basic computer and smartphone use. A CNIC and a bank account or mobile wallet in your own name are needed for the payment and marketplace modules — you cannot complete those with someone else's.
What this course sets out to do
- Judge whether a product is worth selling online before spending money on it.
- Build and run a working online shop, or a marketplace shop, and justify which was the right choice.
- Photograph and describe products so that they sell without the customer asking questions.
- Take payment reliably in a market where most customers pay cash on delivery.
- Handle couriers, returns and complaints without losing money or reputation.
- Read the numbers that decide whether the shop is actually profitable.

- Set up a Shopify or WooCommerce store, or a Daraz seller account, end to end.
- Take and edit product photographs with a phone that are good enough to sell.
- Write product titles and descriptions that answer objections before they are raised.
- Configure cash on delivery, bank transfer and a payment gateway, and reconcile what arrives.
