- Recognise when output is wrong, biased or fabricated.
- Use AI within sensible limits on privacy, honesty and responsibility.

- Use a generative AI assistant for writing, summarising and planning.
- Check AI output for accuracy rather than trusting it.
- Identify information that must never be pasted into a public AI tool.
- Explain what AI cannot do, and say so to a manager or client.
- Apply a simple responsible-use standard to your own work.
